About Danielle
Danielle is the Project Coordinator for the Land and Resource Rights Initiative (LRR) in WRI’s Institutions and Governance Program. She manages the Initiative’s grants, contracts, communications, and outreach.

Prior to joining the WRI team, Danielle worked at Amazon Conservation Association, a non-profit dedicated to conservation and sustainable livelihood development in the Amazon rainforest. She assisted with program management and research in addition to coordinating outreach and development activities, and had the opportunity to travel to remote regions of the Peruvian Amazon. Danielle also worked for the National Parks Conservation Association in both the Center for Park Research and Government Affairs divisions, where she further developed her love of the outdoors.
Danielle received her BA in International Studies from American University, concentrating on Global Environmental Policy and International Development, and studied abroad at Universiteit Maastricht in the Netherlands.
