About Emily
Emily is the Program Coordinator for WRI’s Development Government Sector. She works to track and manage grant opportunities and coordinates logistics throughout the grant application process. Emily also helps maintain relationships with bilateral, multilateral, and U.S. federal development agencies. Emily supports the Director for International Cooperation and the Director for U.S. Government Cooperation.

Prior to joining the Development team, Emily worked as a research assistant for several projects in WRI’s People and Ecosystems Program. She also conducted research and drove community engagement initiatives as an intern with the Wild Lands Trust, a Boston-based conservation group, and with the New England Aquarium as part of its Sustainable Seafood Program.
Emily holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Washington University in St. Louis. While in college she spent a semester conducting field research and studying ecology and conservation in Kruger National Park, South Africa.
Outside the office Emily enjoys running, traveling, and Celtics basketball.
