Neil is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20 years of senior management experience at strategic and tactical levels. He maintains a strong international business background gained through front line experience in the development and effective execution of programs affecting Human Resources in the global high-technology and non-profit sectors.

Neil brings to his role of Director of Global Human Resources significant hands-on experience in solutions oriented and client focused human resources management. Most recently, Neil held the role of Vice President, Human Resources for Stratos Global Corporation, a leading global remote communications firm with over 1200 employees worldwide, where as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, he served as an advisor to executive team in developing strategies to promote organizational success. With a team of professionals, he was directly responsible for providing comprehensive strategic and tactical human resources support to the organization. Prior to that, as Director of Human Resources for The Nature Conservancy, Neil served on a team responsible for the transformation of the HR function including Employee Service Delivery and Relations, Compensation, Benefits and HR systems to improve total value proposition to the organization and increased employee productivity.

Neil has also held senior management roles supporting the international operations of several high profile firms like AT&T, Alcatel, Newbridge Networks, amongst others. During his career, he has also launched and managed his own business ventures.

Neil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management and other professional associations. He lives in Reston, Virginia with his wife and son.
