About Yamin
Yamin Wang joined WRI in July 2012 as a Communications Officer.
She has five years of working experience in communications, especially in environmental issues. Prior to joining WRI, she worked for Greenpeace as a Media Officer for four years where she developed cross-channel communications plans for multi-year campaigns, writing press releases and feature articles, editing, monitoring and cultivating media relations, producing media events, and providing fundraising support. After Greenpeace, she joined Hill & Knowlton as a public relations consultant for one year, leading the team to develop, initiate and oversee the implementation of effective and creative public relations strategies for clients.
Yamin Wang has a B.A. degree in Advertising from Communication University of China and an M.A. degree in Public Relations of Journalism College from Fudan University.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and photography.
