Working with EPA and other federal agencies to help design, inform and clarify U.S. government activities to reduce greenhouse gases.

The Obama Administration has committed globally to reduce U.S. greenhouse gas emissions by 17% below 2005 levels by 2020. WRI also works to educate a variety of stakeholders, including Congress, business, and state and local governments, about the impacts and value of these federal policies.
